JL Architectural Planning and Design is a design studio led by Julia, Owner and Head Designer, known for blending architectural precision with refined interior aesthetics. After completing her bachelor’s degree in design out of state, Julia has worked in the industry for the last 10 years in Los Angeles, its neighboring cities, and on projects across the United States, gaining extensive experience in both architectural planning and interior design. She approaches every project with a holistic mindset—ensuring each space is as functional as it is visually compelling.

Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of building systems, construction processes, and design coordination—allowing her to approach every project with a level of detail and foresight that ensures accuracy from early concept through final execution.

Julia’s design philosophy is rooted in a holistic mindset, considering flow, functionality, structural logic, and visual harmony as interconnected elements. Whether planning a full home remodel, new construction, or interior transformation, she strives to create spaces that are thoughtfully crafted, highly functional, and tailored to the lifestyle and needs of each client. The studio offers a full spectrum of services, beginning with detailed blueprints, 2D sketches, and on-site measurements, and extending through concept development, photorealistic renderings, and comprehensive project management. With strong construction knowledge integrated into every phase, JL Architectural ensures that designs transition seamlessly from concept to reality.
